"I have a bad posture and have recurrent tension and pain in my shoulders and neck. I recently moved to Holywood, so I booked a session with Lindsey at Fit for Life. It is a very cosy and welcoming environment. During our assessment Lindsey asked me a few questions regarding previous injuries, lifestyle etc. and after the massage she gave me some exercises to keep me pain free between sessions. The massage itself lasted for about an hour and, after going to many sport therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists in a few different countries, I can definitely say that Lindsey is the best of all. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am so impressed with Lindsey’s technique and the results, that I would recommend her in a heartbeat."
