"I arrived today and was warmly greeted by Clare who talked me through a few things before bringing me into see Kerry for some Botox. I told them I was quite nervous but I felt at ease in no time. It was all very professional but at the same time extremely pleasant and friendly. Kerry then walked me through how everything would go, telling me what would work best for me. I was genuinely apprehensive about the procedure before I arrived but it was over in no time and I can honestly say that all the worry was for nothing.
