"Always shopping there for myself and child,but in past few days staff been very observing and made people uncomfortable to do even browsing, you cantvsoend bit longer ther check what they have cos staff is been rude,impolite and miserable.Theyve judging people and tellimg to colleagues watch her/him before even u leave till point leaving alot in them bloody till!! Disgraceful ,especially Indian women in child department"

"Avoid this store! A very unbothered cashier gave me a gift receipt instead of an actual receipt and when I wanted to return their products elsewhere, they wouldn't accept the items. Customer services have offered no solution and are incompetent at contacting the store as they don't answer their phones. Awful customer service never shopping there again!"

"I been shopping at this store for as long as I can remember, I had voucher that just expired and they wouldn't recognised it, after a pandemic you would think the least they can do is accepted. All the had to do was swapt it for another, but I guess it was too much work. Really disappointing."
