"Lovely staff, nice atmosphere. Clean welcoming local vets. Had a slight issue today, partly my fault has I should have asked beforehand. It was resolved immediately by Emma who gave me a call back on the day. Kind, caring professionally approach. Excellent service 10/10"
"Rushed our dog for an emergency out of hours appointment (Saturday morning) a few weeks ago, but unfortunately she'd already passed away on the journey. Upon arriving I was obviously in pieces and all over the place (I'm a 32 year old bloke - so not great at crying, especially in public) - they took Lola from me and that was it, I didn't see her again - didn't really get to say much of a goodbye. I also didn't think to ask for her collar, but again, I was all over the place so wasn't thinking straight. She was also wrapped in a large bath towel with one of my woolly hats which had all been bundled together in a rush to get out of the house. I wasn't charged for the appointment (which would've been £350 or something) but I left a £50 'donation' for their troubles. I called on the Monday morning and asked to make sure they keep her collar safe - apparently they usually do this as standard practice, but couldn't find it. The lady said to leave it with her and she'd call back. No call back... I called the next day and to cut a long story short they hadn't saved it, she'd already been sent to be cremated (nearly £400 for the trouble) and due to "health and safety" couldn't remove it from her at this point. No sign of the hat or towel either. No apology other than being called twice asking when we'd be picking her ashes up. If anyone from the practice is reading this I'd ideally like a call back and the £50 returning, because the more I think about it the more it winds me up! With the industry you are in, you should know better really."
"I have been a customer/client with various animals with ongoing medical issues for the last 13 years. All of the staff have been professional, caring, helpful and informative especially Ruth and Jo Weaver. I do and have recommended this surgery to friends, family and colleagues."
"Took my dog in for an emergency consultation as she was unwell. The vet I saw by the name of Costas (sorry if wrong or spelt wrong), he was so attentive and caring towards my dog. He was very honest and didn’t want me to pay anything more than I should have been. Very good vet with great patient centred care. Thank you! :)"
"Killed my sisters rabbit which is a nursery rabbit. They have a death toll of 6/10 when rabbits are being neutered yet its a low risk procedure nowadays which has been mentioned by other vets that have a 1/37 death toll. Definitely do not recommend these guys, they didn't even seem sorry for what they'd done! In addition to this my sister has been intouch with them and they are completely swerving all of her questions. All the other vets shes emailed have replied straight away!"
