The valuation of our home from Robert Ellis seemed significantly more informed than the other estate agents we invited for a valuation, and they clearly had a good understanding of the local market. Prior to the photos, we were in the final stages of our renovation, and Nathan (the valuer) gave good advice on what was important to complete, and what things would not be worth the effort of doing. The photos and advert were of a high quality, and it was good to have the 3d view on offer for potential buyers (we certainly found this very useful when looking at properties to buy).
