"We purchased the Monaco wardrobe, chest of drawers and beside tables in January this year. Told they were going to be 12-14weeks which was perfect as we are moving in to our house start of April. In March we had been contacted by the company stating that our products had arrived and could be delivered and fitted the next week. We later were informed there was pieces missing from the wardrobe meaning it couldn’t be fitted and that they could still deliver the beside tables and drawers. They were delivered and the man fitting them was lovely and extrem Helpful. We were disappointed to discover that the beside tables were wrong and had a chip in the glass so we requested for this to be fixed and we were not informed of what would be done or how long this would take. Two weeks later the wardrobe was delivered with again more bits missing shelves and a hanging rail making the wardrobe useless. Lively furniture but is not worth the hassle. Would like to thank Kyle for being the only member of staff to keep us informed and been any kind of help during this situation. We now move in tomorrow and have no bedside tables and a wardrobe that nothing can be hung in!"
"Awful experience bought very expensive furniture was told I'd receive in 4 to 6 weeks took months and when I received the part of it fell apart I aproched the staff and got a small amount of money for my inconvenience but it took nearly 3 months more for my replacement furniture to arrive, I found this to be an on acceptable and stressful experience if I could I would have put no stars. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone The Lisburn branch."
"I purchased a large coffee table on the 26/11/19 and was told it will be delivered to the store within a week to a week and a half and we'll contact you. 2 weeks had passed and no word. I shrugged it off that they were maybe busy with the Christmas period. 3 weeks had now gone by so I phoned to see why I've had to wait double the amount of time I was first told. I was told someone will ring you back in 15mintes. 2hours went by so I rang again. Still no understanding what was happening with my purchase. Was told someone will ring you back in 15 minutes AGAIN another 2 hours went by and nothing. At this stage I'm down £239 and NOTHING to show for it. I rang again. "Yes mr Walsh the coffee table will be here tomorrow between 9 and 6. We'll give u a ring when its in" tomorrow came and I waited most of the day to hear nothing. I rang at 5.15 to be told "oh it just got here 15minutes ago. Went out to pick it up and get it home wrapped in bubble wrap only to find scuff marks ALL over it, indentations of writing where it had been lent on. 1 leg was cracked all the way up it. It was obvious it was the display one as when I went to pick it up the display one wasnt there anymore. After phoning trading standards and receiving advice from them I brought the table back for a full refund and went to ALL DIRECT FURNITURE facing Kennedy centre and bought a BRAND NEW coffee table exactly the same. But for £190 saving me £50 with amazing staff and Very friendly service."
"If I could give -1 I would so take -1 x -4 = where I am now.⬇️ After weeks of asking for feedback I eventually got one. Basically in layman's terms they spoke to the store in regards to what happened. Sadly no apology for the misunderstanding of prices and what products they actually sell. For customer satisfaction to be at the forefront of any business they haven't satisfied this time. As there's been no apology for any of their misleading information. Please read my comment and then hopefully you will understand what I'm talking about. ⬇️ Was looking at mattresses a few weeks ago. Seen one that I liked and inquired about it in a single size plus the price. The price was £470 ish so I said I would have a think about it. This was on a Wednesday afternoon and on the Monday afternoon of the week after. I had decided to go for it so popped back in to chat and order it. I was then told by the difference salesperson they didn't do the one I was looking in a single, but they could do the next one up for £50 more. I said no and walked out of the store. Thinking about it more I decided to pop back into the store to see if I could chat with the original sales assistant from previous week. They where in store so had a chat about it and they remember that I'd been in, also they did do the one I was after. So they popped off to check the price again this time I was told it was £510. So from £470 one week then they didn't do it, to been told they did do it and it was £510 even though the sale was still on. Come on House Proud I think we can do better than this from getting one price to not doing it to the price going up the next even when the sale was still on. Three weeks on and all I was ask for was some info. Like what store it was in, the bed I was looking at and the names of the staff. That's as far as they gone so it looks good on my feedback, they are doing something about it. I have emailed twice asking for feedback from them and so far no feedback. Customer care may be at the forefront of this business (not) and as for customer follow-up on feedback it's the same (not). Now 4 weeks and nothing back Now 5 weeks and nothing back Now 6 weeks and nothing back Now 8 weeks and nothing back Now 9 weeks and nothing back. Sent a email asking for feedback and nothing not good. Time goes by so slowly and still no feedback my my."
"Bought a coffee table a few weeks ago.It was delivered on 08 /08/2019. 23/08/5019 I noticed a corner was broken and around 2mm*1cm piece was missing. It was hard to find if you were not check it inch by inch .l tried to contact the service manager, owner of the shop. But they told me I should report problem in 24- 48 hours. They can not do anything for it after delivery item 48 hours. The owner of the shop told me I can sell the broken coffee table or throw to the bin and the other way he can sell me another one at half price. How should I sell the broken coffee table? ???"
