"As a buyer, FHP were very aggressive and in my opinion use a bullying approach to sales. They tried to force an exchange within 4-6 weeks regardless of the legal process. They also implied they made an admin error on the price and sent an amended offer letter a month later, with the date, the same as the original letter and increased the price. They tried to get me to pay for a survey even though I'd have to pay for a separate survey through my mortgage lender as they wanted to secure a purchase for our vendors. I wouldn't sell any property through FHP for buyers to experience the same dreadful experience I had to endure"
