"Thank you Amy for helping me in finding a property when there was a strong need of shifting my house . Your support during finding property was tremendous. 5* for you and your letting team. 1* for maintenance team. After moving to my new property , we found some basic maintenance issues which need to be solved before our shifting but even after multiple reminders and follow-up still it is not solved. It's been 80 days and Some example of a work. *To change a bathroom light toggle it has taken 2 months . *Kitchen window can not be closed , all day cold wind is coming inside. Imagine how difficult it is to cook in this situation. Since last 80 days i am waiting for solution. My recommendation is if you get any property through this agency double check that no maintenance is required in the house. Else you will lose your peace of mind by taking follow ups with the maintenance team."
