After the initial problem was treated, I continued to attend for treatment with Alan Biberstein for deep remedial massage. "The owner of Lyden Clinic - Alan is a highly qualified sport therapist with great knowledge in his field. He fixed my injured hamstring and back in two separate incidents - an injury caused from powerlifting and bodybuilding. Since then, I've always used his service for maintenance and it's absolutely wonderful. Besides the 'ooooooo and ahhhh' from the session, be prepared to learn more science and history, and of course good jokes.
