"I suffered a foot and heel injury during a run, after 12 weeks of rest there had been no improvement and I was restricted to very minimal movement and my running had stopped completely. Back2Strength are affiliated with my running club and I was able to book an appointment with Alfie. After 3 appointments and 8 weeks later I have seen great improvement in the injury and have been able to begin running and play hockey again. I have been given stretches and exercises to continue to ensure my rehab is ongoing. The sessions were extremely useful and the exercises were delivered on a very useful app. I would strongly recommend and I am extremely grateful for their help in getting me back to fitness."
