"I got really poorly with a chest infection on Saturday night. Went to Ripley Hospital on the Sunday morning. The help and treatment I received was outstanding. From the reception staff to the two nurses (J and J) who diagnosed and prescribed medicine for me. Professionalism, kindness and dedication. Thank you so much."

"I used to visit this walk in centre all the time and they’ve always been fab. I attended on Christmas Day with a badly swollen eye and I walked into the treatment centre crying in pain. I kept explaining to the nurses that my lower eyelid was hurting. Both nurses continued to sit in their chairs and look at me and say ‘it’s a stye put a flannel on it ‘ . No one looked in my eye or checked my vision or anything! A day later I attended a different walk in centre and I’ve been told I have a cyst in my eye and I’ve been referred to hospital! Don’t come here"

"Ok experience, not too bad a wait time. Came to be told by a nurse (she was lovely) that my damage to my shoulder was muscular.. when I went to a&e 3 days later I had an x-ray to find it was actually fractured. Now in a sling for 3 weeks. Would have been solved sooner with an X-ray on the day of my visit to UTC though. Nice staff nonetheless."
