I bought a black and blue pen for 1.98, that is 99p for each only for both to leak out and stop writing same day plus I was charged 16.43 for printing and scanning about 12 pages of document. The pricing included a service charge and the copies were not sharp. I feel I didn’t get value for my money."
"Exhorbitant pricing at Beeston branch. A simple black & white photocopy was levied with a £2.50 service charge plus cost of copy. There is Max Spielmann shop a few doors away on the opposite side where they charge the normal nominal rates without service charge. You have lost my custom for life and warned others. Get your pricing in line with standard market rates."
