"I've used K&V Cleaning several times and had no problems for a while, however, a new cleaner was given to us after our usual cleaner left the company. Unfortunately she stained our new toilet seat by misusing a product. K&V did not take responsibility and claimed it was our fault for purchasing the product. The product is not the issue, K&V stated in an email that they train their cleaners, therefore it must fall on them when a cleaner does not do the job properly. When a product has a warning about it's use which is not taken into account, mistakes are made and damage can (and did) occur. K&V will not fully compensate me for the damage and I won't be using them again."
