"Disgrace.Staff are rude and aggressive towards children. Not sure how they qualified doing this job.Don’t make the mistake by sending your kids here please don’t.in front of you they act all nice towards your child but behind ur back they complete opposite."
"I visited three nurseries with my son prior to visiting the ymca. As soon as I walked through the door at small street and met the manager and staff I just knew this place was the one. My son’s a lockdown baby and he had severe social anxiety. I worried so much about getting him settled in whilst I was at work. Within a day he was happy to wave me off, it was like he was at home with the girls. Sarah was absolutely fantastic, she became his best friend immediately. I was so relieved with how easily he fell in love with this setting. As a working mom, I don’t want to be at work worrying about my son. The ladies at small street are my saviour. If I need to get him in for extra sessions or an extra hour it’s never too much trouble for them. They welcome us at 8am with huge smiles and hugs for the children. They wave us off with laughter and joy. My son comes home with dirty clothes packed neatly in bags with a huge smile on his face and that makes me happy. He always has fun at nursery and I appreciate everything this fantastic nursery does for him in his childhood learning journey. All the food is vegetarian which is fantastic and the nursery app is updated daily so I know exactly what he gets upto. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. They are absolutely wonderful and worth every penny that I pay!! Thank you for all that you do for us. We are your biggest fans (“,)"
"My kid comes home dirty and hungry the nursery is not good kids are not educated don't take your kid to this nursery"
"Its strange that the previous reviewer complains that the kids are always dirty, because every time i throw my sons paint splodged clothes in the machine i honestly sigh with relief! My son previously went to a nursery where it was all law and order, he always came home clean, but he always cried, he was bored and he wouldnt speak. At small street nursery he comes out of the door with a huge smile, laughing, giggling and skipping. He started talking when he went there, came put of his shell and he comes home covered in signs of FUN. He paints, he plays in the garden he splashes, makes mud pies. My son has never been happier. Being a full time working mum i have had to use many nurseries over the years but i can honestly say this is the most loving and playful environment we have ever used and my shy son is absolutely thriving there. He doesn't even look back when i drop him off. I wish i had used this nursery from the beginning because this is the kind of environment that children truly need."
"-No activitivities or structured plan -Most of the time when I collect my son is wet and dirty -The environment is not safe for the kids -So many complaints from the parents when my son was there -They make the kids making any rondom stuffs just for the sake of keeping them busy with the no attentions from the staffs"
