"EDIT after response from owner: at no point were we (or our landlord or check out agent) told about any kind of life and death emergency. Booked for an end of tenancy clean (quote was higher than others but willing to pay more if it was hassle free). When I booked, I stated that our inventory check out was at 5pm and was told no problem they would be finished by 4. The team were so late that they had only just started when our landlord and the check out team arrived. There was ZERO communication before to let us know they would be late. The inventory check out noted a number of flaws with the cleaning including a dirty shower tap and cobwebs. Posh Cleaners were still demanding full payment despite not delivering the service promised. I would not recommend."
