"i poped into coop thursday for a big shop before they closed for the day, there's a training issue at this branch.and the staff are rude at this branch,it is going down hill like other supermarkets in plymouth,the girl i spoke to it was the same one i had problems last time,she could see my shopping bag was had it,and did not replace it,and did not help me pack my bag so i did it all,then the manger came to see me,looks like he had just left school ,OMG ,go send a boy to do a mans job,the manger was not help at all,i was told the smaller shops are ok for shopping not the bigger ones because you have onley one manger and a asm or a duty manger,i have worked in a well none super market they were not like the coop staff ,very rude upsetting,some of the staff there need more training in how to talk to customers,a customer saw me crying on his way in to the shop and helped ,he said i am not going in there now,i will do my shopping some were else and he did,thank goodness for CAB and trading standards institute,i have been offered help and surpport if i need it."

Can't even begin to imagine the financial loss as a result of her clocking out ahead of schedule, closing the store before closing time and being disgustingly rude. Management need to manage her out."
