"We bought a Peugeot from PCC last month and have been really pleased with the whole process. The staff were polite, patient, and knowledgeable and they made sure the car was serviced and with a clean MOT at their expense. The car is running well and we've now had some very long journeys with it. Something we were particularly impressed with is that PCC actively monitor the market and update prices accordingly - they reduced the price of our car in line with the end of the chip shortage. Would definitely recommend this dealer, thanks guys!"
"Wouldn't refund my £200 deposit for not buying the car. I put a deposit on a Renault Clio over the phone as I live 3 hours away from this garage, I was told over the phone it was "exactly as described in good condition", and will be serviced and MOT'd before I visit the car. Then on the weekend we made the long journey to this garage, quite frankly we saw the car less than 5 minutes before I told the salesman I wont be buying the car because its faulty. Upon inspection we lifted the oil cap and there was a lot of white foam all the way down the neck of oil tract. I stuck my finger right down just to check it wasn't moisture build up on the cap, it was caked. If this car was "serviced" days before my arrival then why would there be soo much white foam under the oil cap? Clearly a lie. If you didn't know anything about cars, you could have easily bought a rotten apple unknowingly. The salesman said he will tell the manager on Monday to refund my deposit, this never happened. I rang up a few days later, and was told it was a "non-refundable deposit". I told the salesman, are you joking you're just going to keep my £200? His reply was "yeah its not a joke". Now because I paid the deposit over the phone, I know this breaks the "distance sales act". Which if you don't know, gives you the buyer the right to cancel the sale within 14 days when buying over the phone/online. I contacted the bank and ordered a 'charge back' to get my £200 deposit back (This was a Visa debit card and is still covered). Within days I did get my money back from the bank directly, no quibbles. So please avoid. If you have to buy a car from here, please take someone who is mechanically minded to avoid making a finical mistake. Not only have I wasted 6 hours travel time and petrol, they are giving car garages a terrible name, and as a ex trader myself, I am extremely disappointed about this."

He was really patient with us as we had no experience financing a car as this was the first time. So if you are a first car owner you definitely in good hands in here.
