If you can’t handle customers complaints why are you working in customer service in the first place?! "I have been in this pub in my mid teen's. It was serving banks's beers then. Mostly people off the rocket pool estate uses it. I and my friends used have a pint here occasionally before we met up at another pub in the area. Nice and friendly staff and okay for a meal with your pint."
