"I recieved the worst service ever. I was screamed at more than once by a member of their team. Mainly because his phone call was more important than a customer asking a question. None of the other workers would give me contact information. They all had no clue where or who employs them. Poor service all round. I'm pretty sure there are bigger companies that have people on the ground floor who are much more respectful and polite than this. Those people in Victoria coach station give the whole cleaning side to this company a bad name. First day of my holiday break and that's how it started. Avoid this company!"
