"Staff were really friendly and the home delivery fee was cheap which saved us hiring a van. The store was actually able to arrange home delivery the same day so they basically followed us back home with the items. Dining room table wouldn't fit around a corner in the house so the guys took it to pieces and rebuilt it again for us. Lovely service overall."
"Arranged to have this charity to collect items from my deceased mother's estate. The house stood empty so a date was arranged so that somebody could go over to pass over the stuff. After waiting in the time slot given 12-3 I phoned to be told that they were running late and would be there before 4. coming up to the 4 o clock Mark I received a phone call saying that they would no longer be calling as they had lost our details to which I was furious with as I had told them on numerous occasions including when I phoned earlier that day. Hence I told them that there service was no longer needed as I would find alternative charity who would appreciate my late mother's furniture."
