"Went to Jewsons after searching for a few small patio slabs elsewhere without success. Here we were greeted by a young man (Ian?) who was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. He found what we needed. Husband paid at the counter (another chap who wasn't able to smile) and we were back to Ian who loaded the slabs into our car. He'd also organised a free coffee for me. Someone knows how to treat customers!"
