"Utterly appalling service. Once you've paid they WILL NOT answer the telephone. Tried 17times over a month to add another driver to our policy. Ringing tone for an average of 11mins with some calls just ringing for up to 22mins; still no answer! All very well but how can we operate a business legally if we cannot insure drivers!"
