Whilst I did not find what I was looking for due to being a complete novice at DIY! I must say the team working tonight were lovely. "Not the best to be fair. I assume that the general service offering is trained down from above! I went in asked if they sold drill bits for ceramic tiles? 'Check the book' I was told. OK I will but you do sell them? 'have a look in the book' I was told! You know what guys, I went elsewhere and I won't return, but perhaps not an issue for you. Personally I don't want to be waited on hand and foot but zero effort doesn't get my money. To anyone reading, I can't tell you not to use them as your experience may be better. I hope so."
