"What has happened to the belfast city centre store, they have removed so many products only to replace it with bottled drinks or moy park chicken which nobody wants to eat, the christmas selection was woeful. Everytime i go in they have less and less, i predict it will close down if this continues, the dates are shocking too, badly neglected store, its not an m&s metro so why are they treating it like one, staff are wonderful though, that is now the only good point, very sad as it used to be a great store, get rid of moy park its gross"
"Was in M&S Sunday 4thDec. Got pork medallions. MoyPark Chicken Kiev. The pork was so tough, I could have made a pair sandals with. Chicken Kiev was tasteless, small and overall very poor. Won’t be back."
"The quality is still there. I got 2 sweaters and the price was moderate. Not much of a crowd in but it was about 10.30am on a Tuesday morning. It is still the place to go to for well made clothes at a competitive cost"
"Visited today to try the Xmas vegetarian range …( in preparation for feeding my vegan and vegetarian friends over the festive season) not only did it not exist as advertised in the magazine and on tv but the miserable selection of Chinese or pizza options was beyond pitiable. A staff member showed me to the equally disappointing Xmas party food selection to see if it was there. Seriously if this is the Xmas promise for 2022 for vegetarians etc… why would I ever bother going back to what was once the best food hall in the M&S estate?"
"Probably one of the best M&S stores that I have been in. Good range in mensware. Lots of choice of fragrances and beauty products. Home section is great and the two ladies in homeware were so helpful. M&S Foodhall downstairs in the basement. Great food. Lots of choice."
