Reviews of Tesco Northcott
"I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Tesco Northcott is a tip, staff do not care about the customer. I stood at the service desk while the attendant had a conversation with a customer unrelated to the store or products. She had a que of people waiting. Shelves are empty, store is a mess. The store manager should be ashamed and tesco main office should be embarrassed at the way this store operates. Let's push for a new store in this area. ASDA with a proper management structure. Tesco, please move out."
"Been going here for years. It was a 5 star store, but that was some years ago. There seems to be an increasing number of temporary casual staff which is reflective in the experience. You know when you reach in the back at the end aisle expecting a fresher date only to find it was today's. I've come home quite a few times now with out of date stuff. Could you give the shelves and signs a clean that are thick with dust. Today I had to lift down 2 boxes of things from the top shelf for people. Same for me in the dog food. One staff member on click and collect on her mobile chatting at the end prime bit and a click and collect with yoghurts/ham etc just left unattended. There were around 4-5 cardboard things at the bakery, like they were hiding the stock."
"Was in Tesco tonight. There was one checkout open, stood in the queue for 25 minutes while the till operator had a great conversation with the customer in front of me. Couldn't open another till as there was noone to put on, you'd think they'd have more than one person able to operate a till! The shelves in the chilled aisles were bear. Pathetic service!!"
"Really terrible experience dealing with the customer service team, the attitude of one or two of the members of staff was completely appalling. Left word for Scott the Manager to ring me back to discuss my grievance but never heard back. Such a bad experience from start to finish."
"At self service scanning clothes when a member of staff is breathing down my neck asking me where my receipt was as I had just scanned my card. She then takes it upon herself to open my bag and look through my belonging from another shop. She finally got the receipt and took the tags off my items I spent 70 quid on last time I'll be near Norhcott"
