"I had the pleasure of meeting the loveliest young man ever in your abbeycentre branch his name is Lewis and from start to Finnish he could not have been nicer.I have met him a few times and he chats as he packs your shopping and its genuine chat not robotic he remembered my grandchildren and asked me if I'm doing well as he remembered my house had burnt down as a person who worked in m&s for a lot of years he is an amazing young man and I hope he gets some reckonisaction for the role he's smashing 10 out of 10"
