"Not that busy and the staff were extremely helpful, went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for"
"Great range available and staff very friendly and helpful"
"Couldn't get in to get a trolley for grates and packing out pallets when I asked member of staff if she would mind getting me one she didn't answer ,but eventually got me a trolley always a busy place so much stuff around entrance any wonder last Oct a crate of potatoes fell on my ankle I reported it the sent me a £20 voucher for goodwill I couldn't walk for fortnight ! They obviously haven't learnt anything doorway continues to be chaos ! Staff friendly what there is off them poor lunch selection ."
"Very poor selection for lunch options. Price hikes on a lot of products which is a complete rip off. You could spend your entire lunch break waiting to get served. Staff are nice though."
"Very little choice and a good bit of price manipulation goes on here. Quite often you will notice products that you know are a certain price have at least 5p added onto them. Some have an extra 50p added. They claim this is necessary as its a small store and the costs are higher. This is wrong as the costs are the same (All products are bought in bulk, priced accordingly and shipped to multiple stores). The available range is extremely limited, offers are poor and the shelves always look like a mini tornado has been through. There are always long queues even though the self service tills aren't being used (if they work, they always seem to develop faults). There are only 2 staffed tills which quite often happens to have just one staff member at them. On multiple occasions I am standing at the till with some very visible bags to put my shopping in and I get asked "Do you need to buy some bags?"....erm...I'm holding them right in front of you. If I want bags I'll ask for them. Things like this makes me think the whole store is staffed by autonomous robots. Overall: Use it if you must, don't expect prices to be the same as Knocknagoney store and if you don't need Cigs or lottery, use the self service checkouts to avoid the long queues."
