"Booked a taxi accidentally left my phone in there and called them 3 times telling me call back later after 2 hours they sed the guy had not got my phone I then tracked it and had found out its in the car and I am having to get the police involved after they refused to check the driver which I clearly told them that I've take sit but stayed there's nothing they can do"

"Absolutely dreadful. My advice would be don't use them. Ever. Booked them last night for a trip to the local pub for a bingo night. Didn't turn up at the agreed time but sent a text saying they were very busy and running late. Eventually sent a text to say the driver was despatched so followed his journey on my phone. Watched him drive past my house and disappear. Called to ask what was going on and the automated service said he would be 5 minutes and put me through to him. He said my booking had been cancelled! Then got a text saying he couldn't find my house so wouldn't be coming! I saw him drive past! Luckily another taxi firm came to my rescue and we only missed the first game of our bingo night. Didn't win!"
