"Service great, tile selection excellent but the only problem is the refund policy. After spending just over £2000 on tiles we had 2 boxes to return only to be told we would get a credit note, this is no good to me as I won't be needing anything out of tile market for the foreseeable future. Personally I won't be using this company again just for the reason of the return policy. A great service let down by cashing in at the customers expense."
"I bought tiles yesterday and as they were not suitable I returned them today. They refused to give me my money back! I would have replaced them with other tiles but they did not have the size I needed. On no occasion was it explained to me that there is a no return policy and I am now left with a credit note that is of no use to me, so for that reason of poor customer service I will avoid tilemarket like the plague .So future customers take note ."

He suggested the finishing touches that I hadn't thought about, with anthracite trims and mist grey grout. Finally, the advice to use a trailer rather than my estate car simplified the collection in one go, everything was put on a pallet for me."

Staff were very helpful and patient (even when I changed my mind a million times lol!). I would recommend."
