"My name is Darren - I am the person who left a negative review. I could not post further so using a different Google account to leave an update. Properitor Mr Fish and I assume head solicitor had the decency to contact me. I believe it was due to seeing my post on here, but he did at least take the time out to make contact with me. He acted in a way you would expect of a responsible business owner. I just wanted to specifically point out my aggrievance was with a single solicitor at the firm and his specific actions. I also wanted to clarify the data protection issue was probably a mistake of admin personnel, I do not hold Mr Fish responsible nor believe he even had knowledge of the discrepancy before reading my review. He has acknowledged things and assured me practises have improved to avoid errors of that nature again. I am a fair person , I won't remove a truthful review but do not intend to tar an entire firm or a senior's name due to a personal bad experience."

"BEWARE, this solicitor has a hidden agenda where he says one thing one day and something else another day. He deliberately gives you information that turns out to be the WORST thing for you in order to make more money out of you and actively tells LIES to turn you AWAY from your rights. He is completely arrogant where it takes WEEKS just to get hold of him through his ditzy secretary on the phone with his 50p PER MINUTE rip-off landline number, you would get cheaper and quicker access to the queen, and he tries his utmost best to see you spend the MOST money and FAIL with whichever case that you have and is completely useless when you are in need; he is nothing but greedy and power hungry where he hasn't a care in the world for your children or for your welfare so mark my wise words there are MUCH BETTER solicitors out there who are NOT CORRUPT so DON'T waste your time, money and emotions with this man because he is nothing but PATHETIC. He will DEFINITELY make your case FAIL on PURPOSE leaving you with nothing but an empty bank account, heartache and anger."
