"This is a "no nonsense, get what you pay for hairdresser". It's nothing special but then it's cheap. You do however get the feel that the staff hate being there, like they are attached to an invisible ball and chain. When you enter you are put on a kind of haircut conveyor belt which lacks the kind of customer service you often see in individual hairdressers. The website is also very poor as if it was abandoned half way through its creation. Overall the haircuts are cheap and decent but the customer service could be better."

"I have used this hairdresser for many months now. For the price they do a lovely wash and blow dry and fringe trim. I know it is cheap but the other day I spent £70 on hair and manicures and have to say they did a lovely job. My complaint is the atmosphere, when you walk in they look at you in horror and are quite abrupt with you, they they go on to explain that there is only Two on duty and they are soooo busy. The manager comes over as very aggressive (but once you get to know her she is fine) I would just like to say that although you are cheap you need to review your contact with potential customers (even more now after covid restrictions, people are not going to put up with surly staff.) I am going to try your competitor up the street next time as I have heard they welcome you with smiles and are great fun!!!"
