"Its was extremely long and hard to find professionals in Plymouth. I had my hair bleached in end of September with Sophie. On Wednesday i am going to have my second bleaching. Its was long time waiting but i am so happy i followed all advices Sophie gave me after our first bleaching. I grew good lengths of my hair and i am coming out from very dark brown . Its so important for me to safe my hair length and health. I was so lucky to get to right professional hands. My hair looks healthy like never before even after Sophie bleached it. "My boyfriend went in to get a bleach and baby pink colour dye to his hair. It had already been bleached before, but needed the regrowth topped up. They pushed back the appointment by half an hour which was fine, he arrived at 10.30am, the hairdresser was late even after rearranging. When he came out it was completely the wrong pink, it was bright and so patchy.. and they charged him £116. He’s had to wash it 3 times since being home, it’s a little better but still patchy. Waste of time and money. If I knew it would’ve come out like that from a professional, I would’ve done it myself."
