"I booked an appointment with them for a perm, did a test strand and apparently everything came back well. I went to the appointment and she took me over to wash my hair and then came back to the chair to cut before doing my perm. I’ve now realised that she definitely knew she could not give me a perm before i walked in there and decided to cut and blow dry my hair to get some money out of me. My hair was all one length before and was lovely. She has cut these horrible, choppy and awful layers into my hair and have completely ruined it. I’m heartbroken over what she’s done to my hair and do not recommend this business or appointments with Jo as they do not listen to the customer."
