"My previous experience here so far has been nice if a little off at times. I wanted an undercut and the lady seemed nervous and uneasy to do it originally. Still that session went fine and I left happy so no issue really. This time however I wanted my undercut trimmed and braught up a little. The hair cut itself was quick and good as expected however she then said something like she was going to "neaten up my hairline" or something and did this too my neck. (Picture included)It's been very painful and I had to put a cold flannel on it and take pain killers. Really hurt and put me off going back. There pretty good there if u want something simple but this was just so painful I can't risk returning."

"Absolutely love getting my hair done at vanilla hair and beauty. You get a lovely warm welcome as soon as you enter, offered a beverage several times during your appointment and the ladies really include you in the chat, even if they've never met you before. I was having conversations with the other customers and stylist's. Sophie coloured and cut my hair a couple of times and has been an absolute dream when the colour has come out and my hair has never been healthier. Even during the lockdowns she has been great at helping me get products that are best for my hair. Cannot wait for lockdown to be done so I can get pampered again."
