"Visited Tesco extra Bulwell on the 23rd. Very busy, everyone everywhere… I only went in for some pens (which unfortunately we’re not on the shelves). However I asked two girls (from make up, I think it was Jess and B…) if they could assist me. These women, went above and beyond, I was waiting around 45mins-but not a bad thing, as they came to update me on the ‘pen-gate’ situation regularly. They even went to find the delivery of pens bless them. Can’t thank those girls enough. Also sent me in the right direction to get my posca pens for my daughter. Thank you for your efforts."
