"Great local store with good staff working here, though some are so silly with how they scan items quickly and just stack it all up. It's a pity really as they have dual slides at the end of each till, none of the staff use it, even with two people ready to pack!! Some staff visibly get angry when you can't pack as fast enough. I'm fairly good at packing but anyone elderly or slower will get the Aldi staff's attitude coming out. There is one lady at this store who is fantastic though, I can't remember her name but she worked at Mapperley Top and suffers voice loss due to covid - give her a payrise as she is fantastic with customers and will use common sense when packing g and scanning. She is exemplary!!"
