"Is the 2nd tike I've gave them a try. Maybe thr 1st was a bad day. But no, guy rushed my straight razor shave got it finished in less than 5minutes then spent the following 10minutes trying to mop up the blood from the 10 cuts. The fade in the beard trim was terrible and the hot towel smelt terrible. 2/10"
