"Normally an efficient good service but.. And this review is for my wife. She booked an appointment and every time before they would send a text to remind you of your appointments (as per me before they stopped even reminding me of my next check up due!) this time they did text her though the day after to say she had missed her appointment! Six days later a letter to say she had to pay £40 missed appointment! Which I would understand normally had they sent the usual reminder out beforehand! On the phone they asked if she would like to rebook after paying! Of course she did not book. We will both find an alternative Dentist. Dissapointed of a usually efficient service. ***Edit, I see your reply about contacting you, ut in the mean time you took myself and my wife off your Bupa dental care and said will no longer be available to usl via a letter. I guess that is what you get when you give a negative review. Totally unprofessional and it backs up my review of your practice. I had no intentions of. Coming back anyway but to send to my wife as well is disgusting. A year or two ago I gave only 3 stars because I complained how you were charging extra £10 for supplying a Covid mask and you asked me to change it as you wanted to apply for dental practice of the year prize. I did then and you offered a free hygeneist treatment which you cancelled due to dentist not being available second appointment I couldn't make it then you stopped contacting for appointments. This negative review stays and is valid. Terrible service."

"ALWAYS a fabulous service! Mariana, my dentist, makes me feels at ease-she is SO professional and yet easy going. I was, and sometimes am, a nervous patient- but every single time I’ve come out wondering why I was nervous! The reception staff are always helpful and polite, and the dental assistants very professional. The treatment I’ve had has been exemplary.Well done BUPA!"
