"Called ahead and asked for an appointment. Was told 11.45am. Arrived at that time and stood at the desk and no one came over! Took a seat and then a few mins later a girl asked my name and walked away. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. I would expect a wait if I just called in or even 10/15 mins with an appointment but not 40 minutes. Being on my lunch break I had to leave without getting my hair cut."
