"Horrible experience. From walking in and seeing the lack of pride that they took in their work area should have been a big enough hint to make make me turn around but I was desperate. Never provided a quote before carrying out the work. I arrived to collect the car after close because I wasn't aware that they shut earlier than most garages at 4pm, I had on the phone mentioned I would collected this evening but the person on the phone neglected to state their closinng time. So at 4:15 I arrived to collect, I paid. But as I was paying I politely said, that most garages provide a quote before doing the workto which I was abruptly told to use a different garage and told they arnt the NHS and don't work for nothing. Totally awful customer service, I will never go again, I'd rather get the bus for an extra few day and use another garage. In reflection another hint should have been that they were the only garage to have availability within 3 days."

"I had a puncture and did not have a key to unlock a security nut on the wheel. They charged 40 piunds to take off one security nut on the wheel. I have previoualy seen such type of nut removed in about ten minutes by a garage with mo charge. It is not a big deal but they charged ONE HOURS labour! Will take advantage of you. Avoid if possible!"

"Frank the Garage owner sorted me out big time and after I limped in with my 110 Defender having arrived from Manchester he agreed to take on the job of a much needed engine replacement. As if that wasn't enough he sorted the brakes, steering and a couple of electrics, not to mention new clutch kit. Martin his mechanic did s great job, swapped all ancilleries off a Disco engine to restore mine as a defender unit. Frank is a real gentleman and he saved our holiday big time, whole job done in a week and at s good price. Thank you very much Frank and the Station Garage, a real testament to what land rover stands for."
