"This was a nice experience i have never been here before and the staff was lovely making sure i was comfortable i got my eyelashes extensions here two days ago although the eyelashes extensions are very good and i think they are beautiful but i have brushed them ever so slightly and on both eyes a few extensions have popped out although its totally OK i thought i would just say this but i really do recommend the place ❤"

"Love THE Beauty Studio, Jayne amazing beautiful girl very down 2 earth , lovely personality so warm and caring, takes time doing my nails i always feel welcome and so relax, i never no what colour 2 do my nails or what patterning 2 get on my nails, i always leave it up 2 Jayne and she always gets it right, she is fantastic no matter what shop i go into always some1 would say ah ur nails r lovely. "Atrocious customer service skills from all of the staff including the owner, they care more about money than they do about customer satisfaction. My gel nails lasted only 5 days before they started chipping, peeling back and turning dark in colour. When I took this up with the staff and owner I was told that they had been given 'professional opinions' and the verdict was that I must have dyed my own hair or been in contact with black dye and that I must have been very hard on my nails for them to chip, neither of these things are true. The owner then proceed to ask me questions like 'what do you work as?' 'Are you in college?' 'What are you studying?', obviously searching for something to blame the poor quality gel nails on but to no avail. During my conversation on the phone with the owner she continually spoke over the top of me. The owner asked me to come in to the salon where I was then spoken to in a condescending manner by the owner and a staff member, the owner further quizzed me about dying my hair and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. They were unwilling to fix the problem as they claimed it was my fault, to add insult to injury I was then asked did I want to pay for a new set which of course I politely declined. I have stupidly been giving this salon my custom for nearly a year now and my mum has been a customer there for several years neither of us will return. Also, the decor is tacky."
