"Went in Christmas Eve, stood out front for open at 9am in a queue of three. Pharmacist turned up late, anyway went in waited patiently I needed some eye drops for my son I explained it was conjunctive eyetis which he had previously but the pharmacist was on a power trip and wanted to see my Son first who was at home which was convenient . I get they have rules but have some discretion, I went to another local pharmacy, more than happy to help and didn’t need to see my son first so they had my business and my son was ok for Christmas Day."

"A great local chemist with well informed staff. Wheel chair access is from the entrance at the rear of the building adjacent to the car park. The customer service is fantastic. In addition to prescriptions medication ovet the counter medication is available. There is a wide selection of first aid items, toiletries, make up and sweets too."

"I am a member of the public and stopped by this facility yo kindly request if i could use their toilet. I explained to the lady behind the counter that i have a medical condition and i cannot hold it. As i went to take put my radar key for disabled toilets she uttered a sentenced that crossed between they are not for public and we don't have a toilet. On the verge of crying i composed myself as an anxiety sufferer and of many other conditions that are not visible to this type of discrimination. I asked if she knew where there was a toilet as i don't know where i am she nodded and started to walk off while saying the petrol station pointing in the general direction of the door no directions left or right. I asked if they were for public she rolled hers eyes at me and said i don't know. I just wanted to leave my feedback because it is people like you that make my life hell people like you that are in a caring profession that make people like me not ask for help when needed sufferig in silence works wonders as oppose to engaging with people like you. Thanks for today it has only taken me a year to be well enough to attend collage to be on public transport and embarrassigly soiling myself as i walked into college suffering a full anxiety attatck. I had to be sent home missing a day off of a course i have been on for a week. Unable to get my self home thank you to wolverhampton college they paid for my thirty minute taxi ride home. If you have a disability that is invisible or hard to spot please don't walk into this pharmacy the disgusting way this woman looked at me you would have thought i was going to rob her drugs cabinet. You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AS A PHARMACIST HOW DARE YOU JUDGE ME. Would it have made a difference if i was a different colour and dressed in a suit or a wheel chair. Iv told the college and my support team about you!"
