"Called up for a simple slow puncture repair on 1 month old £300 tyre, quoted £25. Fair enough. Asked if they could do it was told “we need to see tyre before we can say/book”, ok but it’s a simple screw in centre of tyre so it should be repairable right ? “We need to see it first sir”. Ok I’ll come down. Drive down 30 mins later to be told by manager (I presume) there’s a 2 hour wait before I can be seen. Didn’t say that on the phone. 4 customers waiting before you (completely empty reception and nobody waiting in cars outside). Didn’t look busy at all, didn’t even leave his desk to look at the tyre “they needed to see first” to confirm if they could even do a repair, pointless waiting 2 hours if they couldn’t! So I declined to wait and left. Drove 2 mins down the road to Victor Barry Tyres. The helpful manager there inspected it instantly despite having cars in the workshop already. Within 15 mins repair completed cost £17.99! Won’t bother buying my tyres at ETB again!!! The manager has appalling customer service skills and clearly couldn’t be bothered to help as it wasn’t a big money job for him, well next time I change my tyres on any of our cars I’ll put the £1,200 to a company that’s gives a dam. Looking at the reviews, this manager has form!"

"Very good ,no nonsense ,reasonably priced .. Over the last year 2 different places have worked on my car simple 2 tyres and wheel alignment . I finally had tracking issue sorted here at ETB and two tyres . They were busy however as I was able to leave car for a couple of days managed to fit me in . My car now finally drives as it should THANK-YOU !!!! . This was also the cheapest of the 3. Iam very grateful and will definitely be back for rear tyres when needed. Like a lot of drivers I have some mechanical knowledge. We kind of know sadly that some places are a rip off however this is NOT the case at ETB . Again like a lot of drivers I CHOOSE where to return based on service received. Really simple : Good service = RETURN CUSTOMER !!!! = Better business model ,= bigger customer portfolio ect ect. I really wish ALL garages were like this one !!!! ETB were recommended by a friend and will be recommended to all my friends and colleagues !!!! Yes that's a long review . Thank you ETB for a fast,professional, efficient service. A breath of fresh air in the motor industry !!!!!"
