"absolutely horrendous! I would not recommend or go back! I booked my car in for a leak, this took 5 days to be fixed, was charged £208, next day car was worse than when left in. I rang on Monday morning to state that car was still leaking & to rebook to be fixed, was so rude to me and said ring back on Wednesday, I rang back and no answer, luckily I know someone who works Nextdoor who advised me they were closed for 3 weeks and away to Spain. I rang when reopen & booked car in again, they had the car for 1 week, no updates no contact, collected car & was charged again!!!!! Spoken to again so rude & had to walk out! Horrendous customer service & over priced!"
"Drove an hour and a half to get a health check on a 360 spider which i had booked a week in advance. When i got there after 15min of waiting outside in the rain (there is no customer waiting area). They told me they didn't have time for me today, they forgot to write it down (despite me speaking to 2 people when i booked it in), and someone else who they did remember to write down was on their way with a Bentley (they only have a garage big enough for 1 car). I called Charles Hurst Ferrari, explained the issue and they made time for me. Im better off, if they cant take down a booking i wouldn't trust them with my car. Very unprofessional."
"Serviced my car. After a further 10k miles, an error code appeared and I took it back to the main dealer as it was still under warranty. The fault code indicated that a filter needed to be replaced which was a service item. When the dealer contacted Beech Hill, they could not say whether or not they had replaced this filter. So I had to pay twice to service my car, once to Beech Hill and another time to finish off the service. Very poor."
