"It is such a shame when someone trashes the business and staff that you are so proud of. Our ladies did not scratch their floor, nor their stone fireplace. We showed the pictures to a flooring / stone expert who said that it was unlikely that the scratches were caused by a hover as considerable force would have needed to have been applied. Never-the-less as a good will gesture we offered to pay for part of it. Although that offer was withdrawn when this message and a similar one was posted on facebook. To say I got aggressive is just not true, I was out of the country and my Office manageress handled it all. If you would like more about this please feel free to contact me. I have transcripts of all the calls and emails to and from my office to substantiate the above."
"We used Gurkha Cleaning for about a year, although their service was expensive, the standard of cleaning was reasonable. However, on one visit they scratched a number of floors. We subsequently raised this with them and they became very aggressive and refused to carry out any more cleaning for us. Although they made an offer to rectify a small part of the damage they refused to accept they should rectify it all. Personally I would not recommend them due to their attitude to their customers."
