"TWF have been engaged by A2Dominion to provide waking watch in our block. The service is terrible. The guys a sitting on the floor with no shoes. Their personal hygiene is very bad. I feel uncomfortable entering my block because of them. They are listening to music on the phones. Some of the guys don't speak English what makes me question if they have the right training. The service is supposed to make people feel safer at home but it is not."
