"Clubconcierge delivered a 5 star service when I needed them and went above and beyond the expectation of their cleaning service by helping me with some printouts for work last min. Also, people at the Royal Arsenal Riverside are really friendly and concierge and all services very helpful. The grounds are always clean and the area peaceful during a stressful work week. Exactly what I need living in the city. My partner Daniel Metcalf will be on the lease soon and he is very much looking forward to contributing all his beautiful English artwork and canvasses to the Saturday markets in the square."

"Have been using this company a couple of months now and extremely happy with the service provided. The level of cleaning is impressive, really down to their attention to detail and practicality on things. For example with the initial clean they reorganised my kitchen worktop space, meaning I had more space free for food prep etc. Alongside this has been their flexibility to last minute requests for cleans, some of which I have requested same day and never let down! I'm really pleased to have these guys on site at the Royal Arsenal and long may they stay! Oh and they even assemble patio furniture too!"
"Highly unprofessional people. I saw them in a community event and told them about getting rugs cleaned, two of which are delicate. They came in and had a look and said they had the appropriate insurance and equipment to clean. They took the carpets and brought them back slightly damp and we accepted them. Later as carpets dried, huge white soap marks started to appear. I contacted several times and all I got was silence. Do not trust them. I am about to take them to small claims court as they shouldn’t be able to get away with this."
