"In my opinion, the most unprofessional cleaning company I have ever come across. Not sure what their monthly management charge covers as there is a total lack of customer service and customer care. Their cleaners are very hit and miss and start off well but then cut corners. Our last cleaner was very good but she was our 3rd one. I am unable to pinpoint who is responsible for damage done to our expensive new wooden floor. I did ask for them to come and inspect and this they did. They sent "a manager" out to my home and saw the scratches but couldn't think how on earth they had happened! They denied that this could of been their cleaners. Because of their lack of care and consideration towards my home and me I then decided I wanted to proceed with a claim. I have since been told in an email that I cannot claim on their insurance and to check the small print. This tells me that they do not take liability for anything. Something else perhaps new clients need to be aware of? They are not good at at customer service at any level. They take days to reply to emails and you always get an automated email response from your email you send them. You try to call them and they are always on mobile voice mail. We had only 1 x cleaning inspection which they instigated and another which I instigated after complaining about the standard of cleaning which had dropped below an acceptable standard. I am absolutely shocked and appalled at their complete lack of customer care. I am not in a position to recommend this company."
