"Contacted Lilly to see if they could offer a mould cleaning around a few walls in the house, as we're getting some work done and wanted to be cleaned before then. At first the cleaner arrived almost 1 hour later than our scheduled appointment, then started cleaning and kept complaining about the strong smell of the mould chemical and kept saying it is impossibile to work with this and just did the job quickly missing bits here and there, which I had to do at the end. Stayed 1hour and 40 minutes charged me £60. Sent 2 invoice within 24 hours for the payment when it clearly states payment should be made within 48hrs of job done, so I don't get it. AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID"
