"BEWARE I had a van and a car MOT’d within a week of each other both Diesels and both Failed on Emissions. I was charged on both occasions for DPF cleaner which was used without consent. ESP claiming that it bought the emissions down straight away? When I questioned the second failure upon collecting the car I asked to see the emissions failure report but it had conveniently been thrown away. Neither of the vehicles are old and both travel relatively long journeys. I was warned by someone else about them claiming failure on Emissions and then charging for DPF cleaner without providing evidence of it failing. That is last time I’ll be using ESP to service or MOT any of my vehicles."
